• You succeed in optimizing transport assignments by combining different trips, always keeping the customer's wishes in mind.
• You develop a plan that is both cost-effective and efficient.
• Handling messages and issues regarding drivers is an ongoing task that you accurately process in the software application.
• You have an eye for detail, which allows you to handle administrative tasks with the necessary precision and efficiency. Additionally, you play an important role in neatly completing ongoing files in the system.
• Correct and targeted communication with team members, other departments, and external parties is part of your responsibilities.
• You contribute ideas for improvements in the daily operations within ECS Trucking.
• Cost-saving thinking is a common thread throughout your tasks.

Profile
• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, providing you with a solid foundation to build on.
• You have a strong affinity with the transport sector and feel completely at home in this dynamic environment.
• You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English and have a notion of French.
• You are communicatively strong.
• You are a true team player who collaborates well and contributes to a positive work atmosphere.
• You are strong in administration, planning, follow-up, and organization.
• You like to take initiative, are proactive, and love a challenge.
• You have strong computer skills, allowing you to quickly get up to speed with new systems and software.
