What do we expect from you?
• You ensure everything runs smoothly by maintaining close contact with shipping lines via email, phone and internet.
• You keep our software package up-to-date with the latest information.
• Booking units at various docks.
• In consultation with planning and customer service, you plan the most economical shipping routes.
• Your attention to detail ensures each port is always equipped with the correct empty containers.
• You are an administrative whiz who completes tasks efficiently.
• You follow customs-related processes to ensure smooth shipping of units.
Work schedule
• Week 1: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM – 2:06 PM
• Week 2: Monday to Friday 10:30 AM – 6:36 PM

Profile
Who are you?
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through work experience
• Proficient in the MS Office package
• Fluent in writing and speaking English
• Communicative and energized by teamwork
• Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize effectively
• Experience in the transport sector or geographical knowledge of Europe is a plus
