You have a passion for mechanics/technology and wish to join a vibrant working environment. As Fleet Officer ECS Technics, you are the right hand of the Manager ECS Technics. Together with the team, you are responsible for the maintenance, repairs and all technical interventions on the ECS equipment: chassis (1,200), containers and trailers (10,000), trucks (45).
Your role & responsibilities
- Administrative and coordinating support within the ECS Technics team
- Monitoring availability of rolling stock on the ECS car parks
- Organising and following up vehicle problems, breakdowns nationally and internationally
- Monitoring via Track & Trace system for rolling stock anomalies
- Preparation in the context of cost price management
- Reporting to the Manager ECS Technics
Your profile
- Bachelor level or equivalent through experience
Your competences
- Knowledge of and interest in technique, garage operation and vehicle characteristics
- Hands-on mentality
- Healthy dose of assertiveness and combines this with excellent communication skills
- Efficient and result-oriented
- Strong in administration, planning, follow-up and organisation
- Takes initiative and likes a challenge
- Quality and result-oriented
- Familiar with the use of standard software applications
- Can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English
