Your role

  • You ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

  • With your hands-on mentality, you manage to set up the internal and external audit plan (according to ECS quality standards).

  • Process improvement:
  • You excel at detecting new trends in the field of quality, and then implementing them within the company's operations.

  • Start monitoring the results of audits and surveys to then turn them into concrete improvement actions.

  Training and development:

  • You will develop training programmes to increase quality awareness within ECS.

  • Communication to stakeholders:

  • You communicate quality performance figures, findings and improvement plans to your manager.

  • You are the first point of contact for external auditors or regulatory bodies
